Description
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged daily? Do you like cars? Do you enjoy working with new people every day and providing a killer customer experience? Do you like to have fun at work? Does the idea of bringing meaningful change and innovation to an industry get you excited? If so, you will love working as a Coach at CarLotz. We are actively seeking talented, hard-working, customer service professionals to join our Chesapeake team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and educate them on the benefits of the CarLotz model and process
- Use our vehicle valuation tools to help customers set optimal prices for their vehicle
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to prepare vehicles for sale
- Help sellers set and execute vehicle marketing strategy
- Help buyers identify needs and purchase vehicles
- Work with executive team members to help grow our business
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities
Bonus Qualifications
- Background in sales or customer service
- Mechanical knowledge and/or general passion for the automotive industry
